The Give Kids a Smile- Quincy delivery format has changed, effective January 1, 2020.
If you are a parent or caregiver of a needy child from the Illinois counties of Adams, Brown or Schuyler, and find that you are ineligible or unable to have your child seen at a local health department dental clinic, you need to contact your school nurse or administrator. Schools will be screening for children that are missing school, or are inattentive in school due to dental disease, and don't have the resources to see a dentist in private practice. Referral will then be made to our program. If there is eligibility and availability, you will be contacted directly by a coordinator at Give Kids a Smile-Quincy.
